Acrylic and polycarbonate products are injection molded using state of the art injection molding machines. We can mold a variety of plastic dome and plastic lens concepts. For high volume production of polycarbonate and acrylic products, injection molding is a cost effective process. more

Thermoforming is an excellent, inexpensive process that allows our customers to expedite low volume products into the market. more

Hard coating extends the life of polycarbonate domes and polycarbonate lenses by providing abrasion resistant properties. The environmentally friendly UV cured coating also provides improved cosmetic appearance with it's high gloss finish. more

Vacuum Metallizing creates a one-way mirror or reflective effect on the dome surface. A mirrored coating provides the best method for concealment of the camera. more

Painted domes can provide a low cost method of  concealing a cameras position within the dome enclosure. We paint the domes interior except for a viewing window which has a feathered edge to help hide the windows location. more

We offer several assembly methods that meet IP66, IP54, Nema 4 and other camera housing requirements. We offer Ultrasonic welding, Laser welding and other mechanical assembly methods. more
