Thermoforming is an excellent, inexpensive process that allows our customers to expedite low volume products into the market. Superior technicians and equipment allow Criterion to provide quick turn prototypes for most optical acrylic domes and optical plastic lenses. We utilize CNC routers to trim away the excess acrylic sheet. Using the CNC routers, we can customize your flange configuration to meet your specific mounting needs.  

In addition to trimming our thermoformed products, our CNC routers can manufacture flat optical plastic windows and optical plastic panels for use in a variety of applications.
