Acrylic and polycarbonate products are injection molded using state of the art injection molding machines. We can mold a variety of plastic dome and plastic lens concepts. For high volume production of polycarbonate and acrylic products, injection molding is a cost effective process.  

We offer polycarbonate domes and acrylic domes – ranging from dummy ceiling domes to display domes to highly optical security domes. We can also apply our years of experience molding camera domes to your polycarbonate lens and acrylic lens applications. We can provide a variety of custom blended resins to meet your color and light loss requirements. Our injection molding machines are in a clean, climate controlled molding room. We have highly skilled and experienced operators that are trained in the handling and optical/cosmetic inspection required for each product.  

Our operators and QC personnel continually monitor the injection molding process. Operators perform 100% in process optical and cosmetic inspections to ensure our customers receive only the highest quality products. Optical inspections are performed using customer provided cameras, when available, so our inspections are consistent with the end users application.
