Acrylic and polycarbonate plastic products are injection molded using state of the art injection molding machines. We can mold a variety of plastic dome and plastic lens concepts. For high volume production of polycarbonate and acrylic plastic products, injection molding is a cost effective process.  

We can provide a variety of custom blended resins to meet your color and light loss requirements. Our injection molding machines are in a clean, climate controlled molding room. We have highly skilled and experienced operators that are trained in the handling and optical/cosmetic inspection required for each product.  

Our operators and QC personnel continually monitor the injection molding process. Operators perform 100% in process optical and cosmetic inspections to ensure our customers receive only the highest quality products. Inspections are designed and performed to meet the end users application.
