Polycarbonate domes with hard coat can withstand normal handling during
assembly and installation without scratching. Tests have shown up to
eight times scratch protection when compared to uncoated domes. |
Criterion warrants hard coat adhesion up to 12 months under
normal handling and environmental conditions. Scratches and
digs beyond normal wear and tear could potentially limit the
lifetime of the hard coat and result in premature
delaminating and or crazing.
